                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
                   PERMIT FOR AN R-T/Z  PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON
                   A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7515 AND 7517 ZEIGLER
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF ZEIGLER
                   ROAD SOUTHEAST OF NORTH JOINER ROAD, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN ON
                   PLAT ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a
       Special Exceptions Permit for an R-T/Z Planned Unit Development 
to
       be located at 7515 and 7517 Zeigler Road, being on the northeast
       line of Zeigler Road southeast of North Joiner Road as follows:
                
                 Lots 1-5 and part of lot 6, Annette J. Wyatt
                 Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat
                 book 35, page 221, ROHC, and part of lot 2,
                 Division of a Part of the J. P. Rains Estate, as
                 shown by plat of record in plat book 9, page 21,
                 ROHC; being the properties described in deed book
                 3872, page 387, ROHC, tracts 2, 4, and 5 in deed
                 book 2237, page 926, ROHC, and part of tract 1 in
                 deed book 2237, page 926, ROHC, being all of said
                 tract 1 except a tract of land fronting 257 feet on
                 the northeast line of Zeigler Road, and extending
                 northeast 492 feet between parallel lines.  Tax Map
                 No. 159H-B-2 (part), 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and
                 3.1.
